Location: Ciutadella de Menorca

Villa Marga is on Carrer Ponent, just outside the small resort of Cala en Bosc. Cala en Bosc is a quiet cove with a sandy beach, a few shops and a small marina. The villa is 8 km straight line from Ciutadella, the old capital, and 7.5 km from Cala Turqueta, one of the south coast's best white-sand coves. The area is residential and low-key, with pine-covered hills and a rocky coastline.

In high summer, the southern coves get busy, but Cala en Bosc itself stays quieter than Cala Galdana or Son Bou. In the shoulder months of May, June, September and October, the roads are emptier and the beaches are less crowded. A hire car is essential for shopping, eating out and reaching the beaches and sights. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are in Cala en Bosc or a short drive towards Ciutadella.
