Santa Eulària des Riu is 5.5 km from the hotel. In winter, flights and ferries are fewer, and some bus services are reduced, so a hire car is recommended.

Beaches, sights and food nearby

The nearest beach areas are Santa Eulària des Riu (5.5 km), Cala Llonga (7.6 km) and Es Canar (8.8 km). Cala Llonga is a long sheltered inlet with shallow water, good for families. Es Canar has a sheltered family beach and hosts the Punta Arabí hippy market on Wednesdays in season. The north coast calas, suitable for kayaking, are 9.2 km away.

Las Dalias market at Sant Carles de Peralta is 6.1 km away, held on Saturdays (check current days). Punta Arabí hippy market is 9.3 km away. Ibiza's food includes bullit de peix and arròs a banda, fish stews served in two courses, and fresh fish and rice dishes. You will need a car to reach restaurants, as the hotel is in the countryside.

A day from Can Guasch

Start the morning at Can Guasch with breakfast on the patio. Drive 5.5 km to Santa Eulària des Riu and walk along the promenade. Then head to Cala Llonga, 7.6 km away, for a swim in the sheltered bay. In summer, the water is warm by late morning. Pack a picnic from the hotel kitchen.

In the afternoon, drive 9.2 km to the north coast calas for kayaking. Return to the hotel to relax by the pool. In the evening, drive 6.1 km to Las Dalias market in Sant Carles if it is a Saturday, or 9.3 km to Punta Arabí at Es Canar on a Wednesday. End the day with dinner at a restaurant in Santa Eulària.
